Nick Sethi is an artist who works across mediums, primarily photography, publishing, and installation. His interest in photography bloomed in South Florida’s DIY punk and hardcore scenes; his work is now focused on the spiritual process of acute attention and connection. He shot STOP2SMILE over multiple days in Harlem, submitting to the spontaneous nature of the moment: what began as a bright, poppy daytime shoot turned quiet, introspective, and dusky.
